Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Healthy, Vegan & Gluten-Free Dessert

Ready in : 20 minutes

Serves: 3 people

Ingredients

1 medium avocado

⅓ cup coconut milk ( the thick part from a can )

½ cup coconut whipped cream

¼ cup maple syrup

⅓ cup Santa Barbara hot chocolate (www.santabarbarachocolate.com)

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of salt

Sprinkle with Santa Barbara cacao nibs

Fresh raspberries

Preparation

Start by adding the ingredients in order to a food blender .

Mix all ingredients in the food blender for 5-7 min starting low and then switch to higher speed .

Pour the mixture in 3 jars .

Add coconut whipped cream.

Sprinkle Santa Barbara cacao nibs .

Add fresh fruit .

Enjoy right away or later .

Tips

Stays fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days .
